Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MyBoatDesk, proprietor Rene Dressel, Im Höfchen 2, 53809 Ruppichteroth, Deutschland, email: kontakt@myboatdesk.com) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Online withdrawal
A prominently placed and continuously accessible function labelled “Withdraw from contract” is available during the withdrawal period. After the online function is used, we promptly send an acknowledgement containing the declaration, date and time on a durable medium, normally by email.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur fees for the reimbursement.
If you expressly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay an amount proportionate to the service provided before your withdrawal compared with the full contract. Special statutory conditions govern the expiry of the withdrawal right for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.
