Manage crew, co-owners and roles

Permissions are scoped to a boat and should follow least privilege.

   Choose the role first

   Decide whether the person should manage, edit or only view the boat record.

   Share invitations carefully

   Send invitation links through a trusted channel and revoke unused invitations.

   Use workshop access

   Prefer time- and scope-limited workshop sharing over permanent membership.

   Review access regularly

   Remove former crew and check open shares after each season or project.
