Delete your account and personal data

Deletion can be initiated in the app, with a public route for people who no longer have app access.

Export first
Request an archive if needed and verify that you can open the required original files.

Start deletion in app
Open More, then Account, export & deletion. Explicit confirmation prevents accidental requests.

Request without app access
Use the public account-deletion page and write from the registered email address.

Understand retention
Legal duties, open cases or immutable security evidence may require limited retention of specific records.
